Mechanical Project Manager Responsibilities * Reporting to and working closely with the Project Director and wider MEP leadership team. * Liaising with design teams, main contractors, and other disciplines to ensure full coordination of mechanical systems within the overall construction programme. * Leading the mechanical delivery across multiple projects or large-scale developments to meet programme, quality, and budget objectives. * Managing and supporting Mechanical Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure consistent and efficient project execution. * Overseeing all mechanical activities including HVAC, public health, plumbing, and plant room installations. * Reviewing and approving technical submissions, design drawings, and installation methodologies. * Implementing robust quality assurance and quality control procedures to minimise rework and deliver high-quality installations. * Developing and managing project schedules, resource plans, and cost forecasts for mechanical packages. * Conducting regular progress reviews, site inspections, and performance meetings with supervisors and subcontractors. * Preparing accurate progress reports, forecasts, and documentation for senior management and clients. * Supporting commissioning, testing, and handover phases including oversight of documentation and clie...
