You'll start your leadership journey with us leading and assisting our catering teams in our new adventure play area Adventure Reef, our newly established food court and Rigby bar and restaurant. How exciting! More about the role: As a Team Leader, you'll be the friendly face that motivates and supports your team to deliver amazing experiences for every customer that walks through our doors. You'll lead from the front-whether that's greeting customers, coordinating team activities, hosting parties, serving food and drinks, or ensuring the play area is safe, clean, and full of energy. You'll inspire your team by creating a positive, engaging environment and helping them grow in their roles. You'll keep everyone in the loop, share new ideas, and support the development of our fantastic team members.
