Join to apply for the Deputy Home Manager role at HC-One. As a Deputy Home Manager, you’ll be making sure the level of clinical care goes beyond just professional standards and regulatory requirements, providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence, and supervising/coaching colleagues to deliver service with empathy for residents.
About You
HC-One is looking for a Deputy Home Manager with a valid NMC Pin, knowledge of National Standards, and the NMC code of practice. Experience in person-centred care planning within a care home is preferred. You should have a positive energy, strong mentoring abilities, effective time management, and the ability to keep meaningful records. You will communicate with residents and co-workers with consideration and kindness.

Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. You should be able to recognise signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and to undertake additional training in related areas. You should have the ability to seek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.
