Role
* Leading projects from start to finish – from feasibility studies through to handover.
* Managing costs, procurement, financial reporting, and final accounts with precision.
* Preparing proposals, technical submittals, and RFIs while supporting CAD development.
* Collaborating with estimating, commercial, and contracts teams to keep delivery smooth and efficient.
* Representing the business at client, design, and progress meetings.
* Tracking KPIs and ensuring reporting deadlines are always met.
* Championing Health & Safety across every site.
* Leading and motivating site teams and subcontractors.
* Owning project budgets and driving financial success.
Requirements
* At least 5 years’ experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in M&E Building Services.
* Proven success delivering projects from £500k to £4m.
* Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills.
* IT-savvy with excellent organisational ability.
* Relevant Mechanical / Building Services qualifications and certifications.
