Liaising with design teams, main contractors, and other disciplines to ensure full coordination of mechanical systems within the overall construction programme. Leading the mechanical delivery across multiple projects or large scale developments to meet programme, quality, and budget objectives (project values up to £1.5m). Managing and supporting Mechanical Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure consistent and efficient project execution. Overseeing all mechanical activities including HVAC, public health, plumbing, and plant room installations. Reviewing and approving technical submissions, design drawings, and installation methodologies. Implementing robust quality assurance and quality control procedures to minimise rework and deliver high-quality installations. Developing and managing project schedules, resource plans, and cost forecasts for mechanical packages. Conducting regular progress reviews, site inspections, and performance meetings with supervisors and subcontractors.
