Salary: £30,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements: Deep technical expertise across Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, and emerging Microsoft technologies including AI, automation, and advanced analytics. Proven experience leading and scaling a Microsoft practice or business unit, including capability development, recruitment, proposition evolution, and expansion across regions and sectors. Strong record of securing new business, shaping enterprise level deals, supporting sales cycles, and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue and gross profit targets. Direct experience developing and executing effective go to market strategies for Microsoft solutions, with measurable impact on pipeline growth and market penetration. Demonstrated success in delivering complex, high value Microsoft solutions within Financial Services, the Public Sector, and other regulated industries. Strong consulting and solution architecture background, with experience leading multi-disciplinary and cross functional teams across the full Microsoft portfolio. Excellent commercial acumen, with the ability to develop business cases, pricing models, and value propositions that align to client needs and Microsoft priorities. Deep understanding of Microsoft partnership programs, Solution Partner designations, certifications, incentives, and joint business planning processes. Proven ability to build and sustain trusted relationships at C level with clients and senior executives within Microsoft. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, cloud transformation, and established project or program management approaches including agile delivery. Experience working in global or multi region environments, with the ability to support distributed teams and diverse client landscapes. Inclusive and collaborative leader with a passion for Microsoft technologies, innovation, and continuous improvement. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; Masters degree is a plus. Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Dynamics 365 certifications). AGILE, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications. Proficiency with project management tools and software. Responsibilities: Define and lead the vision, strategy, and go to market approach for TXPs Microsoft practice, ensuring alignment with Microsofts technology roadmap and emerging market demand. Strengthen and expand strategic relationships with Microsoft and global partners to unlock new sales opportunities, joint account development, and strategic collaboration. Build and develop a high performing Microsoft capability, fostering a culture that is commercially aware, client focused, and innovation driven. Ensure solutions and delivery approaches reflect global best practices and insights from international engagements. Work closely with Sales and Sector Leads to drive significant growth in Microsoft related revenue and gross profit. Lead complex pre sales engagements, including opportunity qualification, client discovery, solution development, and executive level presentations. Shape, cost, and assure compelling Microsoft solutions that are commercially sound, technically robust, and strongly differentiated in the market. Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline for Microsoft services, actively contributing to account planning, opportunity creation, and long term client growth. Build strong relationships with Microsoft sales teams to secure joint client engagements and marketplace opportunities. Oversee the creation of high quality proposals, statements of work, and solution designs that clearly articulate business value and outcomes for clients. Identify, evaluate, and champion the adoption of new Microsoft technologies focused on AI, automation, cloud innovations, and analytics. Lead the integration of AI into client solutions to enhance speed, quality, insight generation, and measurable business outcomes. Lead the design, assurance, and positioning of Microsoft-based solutions tailored to complex and regulated enterprise environments. Act as a principal consultant and trusted advisor, building strong relationships with C level stakeholders. Shape and facilitate solution workshops, value assessment sessions, and client innovation engagements. Provide executive oversight on Microsoft engagements, ensuring delivery excellence and alignment with client expectations. Embed consistent delivery standards and methodologies across the practice. Own risk management, compliance, and quality assurance across Microsoft projects. Build an internal community of Microsoft experts, supporting knowledge sharing and capability growth across all regions and sectors. Produce high quality thought leadership content to strengthen TXPs market reputation. Represent TXP at industry events and Microsoft partner forums, positioning TXP as a strategic Microsoft partner of choice.
