Overview
We are working with an independent and well-run boutique insolvency firm that is seeking an experienced Insolvency Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of insolvency cases, including Administrations, CVLs, MVLs, CVAs and Bankruptcies
* Oversee a team of insolvency professionals, ensuring that cases are progressed efficiently and effectively
* Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as a point of contact and providing regular updates
* Work with the senior team to identify and pursue opportunities for business development and growth
* Act as a mentor and coach to junior members of the team, supporting their development and progression
Requirements
* At least 5 years of experience in corporate insolvency, with a track record of managing cases and teams
* Strong technical knowledge of insolvency legislation and compliance requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
* Drive and ambition to succeed within a boutique insolvency firm
* Ability to work well under pressure, with excellent time management skills
