ROLE: Fire Risk Assessor
HOURS: Full Time
LOCATION: West Yorkshire, England (HD1 1JB)

We're looking for a Fire Risk Assessor who will carry out high‑quality fire risk assessments on behalf of our clients across a wide variety of sites, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and delivering excellent service standards.
Role Responsibilities:
* Carry out suitable and comprehensive fire risk assessments in accordance with relevant legislation and client requirements.
* Conduct site‑based inspections across industrial, commercial and residential premises within agreed timescales.
* Complete fire risk assessments using a digital app on a tablet or mobile phone.
* Communicate regularly with the back‑office team to support report completion and data coordination.
* Act as a professional representative of Mitie while on client sites, including travelling across the UK and staying away from home when required.
1. Required Qualifications:
* NEBOSH Fire Certificate (full) or another recognised fire safety qualification, with evidence of experience and competence in undertaking fire risk assessments.
* Proven track record of producing high‑quality, detailed fire risk assessment reports.
* Full UK driving licence is essential.
* Strong attention to detail with a proactive, can‑do and hands‑on approach.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, dealing directly with customers in a professional manner.
