Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
* Assisting individual pupils or small groups, including those with special educational needs
* Promoting positive behaviour and providing a nurturing environment
* Assisting with classroom management and organisation
* Supporting pupils' social and emotional development
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience working with children is preferred but not essential
* Patient, caring, and motivating with a passion for education
* Excellent communication and teamworking skills
* Flexible and adaptable to different classroom environments
* Enhanced DBS check (or willing to obtain one)
