Role Summary:
This is an excellent opportunity for both qualified and non-qualified conveyancers to run their own caseload remotely. You’ll work end-to-end on residential transactions, delivering a high standard of client care while benefiting from flexible working and a bonus scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage your own residential property caseload end-to-end: autonomy with full support
* Provide excellent client care throughout transactions: build trust and long-term relationships
* Liaise with lenders, third parties, and internal teams efficiently: ensure smooth processes
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements: maintain high standards
* Utilise a well-regarded case management system to streamline work: increase efficiency
Requirements:
* Qualified or non-qualified conveyancer (ONP or equivalent desirable)
* Experience in residential property transactions
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Committed to delivering excellent client service
