CK Group are recruiting for a Quality Inspector to join a global healthcare provider to hospitals, clinics and homes on a contract basis for 3 months initially.
This is a shift based role, 12 hour shifts, 4 days on four days off - night shift only.
Salary:
£12.55 per hour
Quality Inspector Role:
Conduct visual inspections of tablet blister packs for defects such as dents in the foil, broken tablets, missing tablets, improper sealing and any other specified defects.
Remove defective units and share findings with the shift supervisor according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Verify batch details, including lot numbers, expiry dates, and packaging integrity as required.
Assist with any requested changeover procedures between product batches.
Share inspection results and escalate any deviations to the supervisor or QA team.
Your Background:
Hold a scientific degree or have equivalent working experience.
Ability to follow SOPs.
Previous experience in a manufacturing/GMP environment.
A background in pharma would be an advantage.
