What to Expect
In this role, you will be:
* Implementing thePinewood.AIplatformintonewandexistingAutomotiveretailersacrosstheUKandInternationally
* Ensuringahigh qualityimplementationprocess,andcontinuouslyreviewingthewaywedothingstoensurewedeliverhigh-qualityimplementationseachtime
* Workingcloselywiththecustomertounderstandtheirneeds,settingupandselectingtheappropriateparameters,andensuringthesystemissetupcorrectlypriortothe'GoLive'date
* Providingonsiteandremoteconsultancytoourcustomersasneeded
* Deliveringinformativeandcleartrainingsessionstoensuretheygetthemaximumvaluefromthesystem
* Tocontinuouslydevelopyoursystemknowledge-includingparameters,functionality,andintegrations
About You
You’ll be an excellent communicator, capable of collaborating and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues across the business. Your problem-solving mindset and deep understanding of the automotive industry will be key to your success
You will need:
* Astrongbackgroundintheautomotiveindustry,specificallyinaftersalesrolessuchasservice,parts,orwarrantymanagement.
* Strongtimemanagementandworkoutputskills.
* Alogicalthinkerwithanorganisedandmethodicalapproach.
* Theabilitytoprioritiseyourownworkloadandmanagemultipleprojectsatonce.
* Astrongworkethicandself-motivation
* AcleanUKdrivinglicense.
Desirable:
* Experience using the Pinewood DMS in a dealership environment.
* Familiarity with service scheduling, parts inventory management, warranty claims, and aftersales reporting.
