Private Client Solicitor - Remote (UK-based) - 3+ Years PQE
Location: Remote (UK-based)
Type of Role: Full-time or Part-time
Salary: £35,000 to £80,000 (commensurate with experience)
The Role
This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied and rewarding caseload, including the following services for clients in the private client field:
* Probate and estate administration
* Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
* Trusts and care of the elderly
* Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients
* Supporting the wider private client team with complex matters
* Ensuring high standards of service and client care
* Joining a collaborative team committed to delivering thoughtful, effective legal solutions
Candidate Requirements
Ideal candidates will have:
* A minimum of 3 years' PQE as a Solicitor or FCILEx
* Strong experience in Wills, LPAs, and estate administration
* Preferably some experience in trust work
* Excellent communication and client-handling skills
* A proactive, professional approach and ability to work independently
Working Arrangements
* This role is offered on a remote basis for UK-based candidates. Full-time and part-time applications will be considered, with flexible working arrangements available.
