Non-contentious Construction Senior Associate - 5-8 PQE - FULLY REMOTE
Our client is is well regarded for the breadth of its capabilities and has a strong record of advising on infrastructure, energy, and engineering projects.
Due to growth our client is seeking a non contentious construction associate with 5-8 PQE to work remotely.
The successful candidate
* UK-qualified lawyer with demonstrable mid-level experience gained with a strong private practice law firm (However foreign qualified candidates with equivalent and/or comparable experience in the domestic market will be considered)
* A self-starter who takeS the initiative
* Relevant experience drafting and amending suites of construction documents across various standard forms as well as drafting bespoke appointments
* Strong technical knowledge and experience of working on commercial real estate development, JCT, NEC, FIDIC, MF/1, IChemE and bespoke contractual arrangements
