The workshop has a dedicated MOT bay and consistently busy workflow, giving you exposure to a wide variety of vehicles. You'll gain hands-on experience and learn on the job, developing into a confident, well-rounded technician in a supportive environment.
What We Offer
£30,000–£40,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
Uncapped monthly bonus, typically £300–£600
Monday to Friday – no weekend work

The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you will:
* Carry out vehicle maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics
* Perform MOT preparation and general workshop tasks
* Road-test vehicles to ensure quality and safety standards are met
* Maintain accurate service and repair documentation
* Work closely with other technicians and workshop staff
* Gain experience across hybrid, EV, and VAG systems
About You
1+ years' experience as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, or Junior Technician
Confident with basic maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics
Reliable, professional, and detail-focused
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Full UK driving licence preferred
Keen to learn and develop skills, particularly in VAG and EV/hybrid vehicles
