Job Description: Our client is seeking a skilled small animal veterinarian to join the Silverdale branch, delivering care for cats, dogs, and exotic pets. You’ll be supported by a fully equipped facility and access to shared protocols across clinics.
In This Position, Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Performing consultations, diagnostics and formulating treatment plans
* Conducting surgeries, dental work and post‑operative follow up
* Interpreting lab results, imaging and advanced tests
* Leading case reviews, mentoring nurses and ensuring clinical standards
* Offering empathetic, clear client communication and ongoing care
Qualifications Needed
* Registered or eligible with the New Zealand Veterinary Council
* Experience in small animal practice
* Strong clinical, surgical and interpersonal skills
* Team‑oriented, adaptable and motivated to grow
* Willing to engage in cross‑clinic collaboration
