Lead and Inspire: Senior Retail Colleague - Part-Time (12 Hours/Week)

Pay: Up to £12.50 per hour (including enhancement when covering management duties)

What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Retail Colleague, you'll be hands-on and people-focused. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting and guiding the team on shift to achieve store standards and targets.
* Delivering friendly, efficient service and helping customers with any queries.
* Ensuring stock is replenished and shelves are neat, tidy, and well-presented.
* Assisting with deliveries and stockroom organisation.
* Acting as a keyholder, including opening and closing the store when required.

What We're Looking For
