Overview
Equine Veterinary Receptionist / Administrator – Wokingham. Permanent, full-time position. 40 hours per week. Shift pattern: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30, with flexibility to cover absence and annual leave when possible.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support and front-desk reception in a busy equine clinic.
* Liaise with clients in sometimes emotional circumstances, delivering professional and compassionate service.
* Support the veterinary team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Who We Are Looking For
You will need to have extensive knowledge of horses, either by working with or owning a horse recently. You should have several years of office experience and thrive in a busy, challenging environment with the ability to adapt to change and multi-task. You must be detail-driven with excellent written and verbal communication skills, a confident telephone manner, and experience of using various IT systems (full training is provided). A positive “can do” attitude is essential.
