ProCook, the UKs leading cookware brand, is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our vibrant store in Banbridge. What You Will Do: As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing store operations and ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile. From training team members to maintaining store displays, your responsibilities will be both diverse and rewarding. Key Responsibilities: Supervise staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service. Assist in training team members on product knowledge and selling techniques. Manage daily sales targets and motivate your team. Facilitate daily briefings to set goals and share updates. Maintain an inviting and clean store environment. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Requirements Your Profile: Proven experience in retail, ideally in a supervisory role. Must be over 18 years old and experience as a key-holder. A customer-focused approach with a passion for providing outstanding service. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and retail operations.
