Job Description So, what will your day look like? Every night shift brings variety in this rewarding role supporting one of three individual young clients, each with unique needs and personalities, where you’ll provide tailored, person-centred care and truly make a difference. You will act as a flexible night support worker across all three care packages, covering holidays and sickness for up to five nights per week across a seven-day rota, with full backing from an experienced Nurse, Care Coordinator and Client Manager. Working with young people aged 8–14, you’ll play a key role in communication and relationship-building with both clients and their families, using an iPad to accurately record shifts and medical information, and developing personalised communication approaches, including with nonverbal clients.
