What you will be doing? Provide an analytical service to support the performance and management information needs on behalf of the Force; analyse, interpret and monitor results drawing inferences and making recommendations as required. Compile and present accurate performance data to inform corporate performance reports, producing timely and relevant analytical products for Chief Officers, strand leads and other stakeholders that takes account of organisational & operational context, identifying areas for performance improvement. Design and develop solutions/processes to meet new strategic analysis requirements on all aspects of force data to inform decision making at all levels in the force, working both independently and in supporting the Head of Performance and Analytics.
