Job Description

This role is suitable for someone with experience working in a similar hotel environment.

As a host to our guests, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences that last a lifetime.


Key Responsibilities:

* Managing the reception and nights team.
* Ensuring sufficient stationary supplies by managing orders through Procure Wizard.
* Training new staff to uphold our high standards.
* Participating in the Duty Manager rota alongside Heads of Department.
* Recruiting new talent when team members leave.
* Hosting guests from check-in to check-out, including booking tables, advising on local hotspots, or engaging in friendly conversation.
* Collaborating across departments to ensure smooth operations.
* The salary for this role is £27,500 per annum on a 40-hour week contract.
* A monthly Service Charge Share will be added to your pay, approximately £3,000+ per year.
