Are you ready to take your career to new heights?
* Location: Natwest/Ulster Bank, Belfast City Centre - office based training and grad bay (7 weeks). Hybrid once training complete. Great public transport links!
* Shifts: Full time - 40hrs per week - hours between 07:00 and 01:00
* Training Duration: 3 weeks onsite training, 4 weeks grad bay onsite
* Probity Requirements: Credit, Criminal, Sanctions and Fraud checks will be completed. Must also evidence the last 2 years employment history and last 5 years address history.

Provide proactive and reactive service to ensure customers meet all their financial arrangements aligned with their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
At first point of contact, deliver outstanding customer service and support organizational goals.
Educate customers on banking options, supporting their choice of services suited to their needs.
Complete processes accurately and compliantly, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Take appropriate actions to ensure good customer outcomes, reviewing and addressing gaps proactively.

The skills you'll need
Experience in customer service, relationship management, organizational and time management skills, and familiarity with regulatory environments.
