Meraki Talent is seeking an experienced recruitment leader to head up its Legal recruitment practice within Professional Services. This is a senior leadership role for an established Legal recruiter who wants to shape strategy, build teams, and grow an internationally focused legal recruitment offering.
You will be responsible for setting direction, developing key client relationships, and leading delivery across UK and global legal markets.

The Role:
As Head of Legal Recruitment, you will own the Legal recruitment strategy, oversee delivery, and lead a team of consultants operating across professional services and legal markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and grow Meraki Talent's Legal recruitment function within Professional Services.
* Develop and manage senior client relationships across the UK and internationally.
* Deliver senior-level and specialist legal recruitment mandates.
* Build, mentor, and manage a team of Legal recruiters.
* Set standards for delivery, client engagement, and candidate experience.
* Contribute to business strategy and international market expansion.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Legal recruiter within professional services or agency environments.
* Demonstrated leadership experience, either formal or informal.
* Track record of building and scaling legal recruitment desks or teams.
* Commercial, strategic mindset with a consultative approach.
* Interest in international legal markets and cross-border recruitment.
