Our client, driven by exciting partnerships within the luxury living space, is looking for a Senior Property Manager to take ownership of their own portfolio. With great leadership steering the agency and a commitment to providing a full end-to-end service for landlord investors, this is your chance to shape a role in a company that values service above all and has ambitious plans for their certain growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with landlords in a way that reflects the high-level service
2. Arranging, carrying out and following up on snagging Reports for our new-build properties.
3. Ensuring that we have a suitable number of keys sets for tenants, and to suitably manage any new properties.
4. All work is mainly office based, other tasks are outsourced such as check-ins, inventory checks etc.
5. Organising & recommending maintenance works, including new build snagging and defects management
6. Making regular 'check in' calls with landlords
7. Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers & landlords
8. Renewing & negotiating tenancy agreements
9. Dealing with Deposit apportionments
