Position: Must hold current qualification ATA or NVQ - "MET Technician"
Location: WR9-0NR - Droitwich, Worcester
Hours: Full Time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications (£18.00 – £22.00 ph)
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct diagnostic assessments and identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in vehicles.
Perform efficient and accurate repairs and maintenance on vehicles, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Use specialized tools and equipment to carry out a range of mechanical, electrical, and trim (MET) repairs.
Carry out vehicle dismantling and reassembly, including removal and fitting of components and systems.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout all repair processes.
Collaborate effectively with other team members and communicate any relevant findings or updates. Role Requirements:
Proven experience as an MET Technician or similar role within the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge and expertise in mechanical, electrical, and trim repairs.
Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and specialized tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse and troubleshoot vehicle faults.
High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
