About The Role
In your role as a Housekeeping Assistant at HC One, kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It touches upon every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Every person working here understands that our residents are individuals with their own stories. Joining HC-One offers a wonderful opportunity to give back to these individuals.
As a Housekeeping Assistant, your aim will be to maintain the cleanest, most hygienic home. You will create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment, demonstrating your keen eye for detail. Whether managing the cleaning rota or actively participating in cleaning tasks, you will do so with kindness and professionalism.
We are looking for a Housekeeping Assistant with experience, although we will provide comprehensive training. Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond appropriately. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and to undertake additional related training. You should also be able to seek advice and report concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
We offer full training and a variety of benefits to support your well-being and career development, including:
* Paid Enhanced DBS/PVG
* Free uniform
* Hourly rate commensurate with experience and qualifications

* 28 days' annual leave, including bank holidays
