We are seeking a dedicated Specialist Teaching Assistant to support students aged 14–18 with severe Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a highly supportive and well-resourced educational setting. This is a full-time position with an immediate start, working 8.30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with severe SEN
* Assist with learning, behaviour regulation and personal development
* Support students’ emotional, social and communication needs
* Work closely with teachers, therapists and support staff

Requirements
* Minimum 6 months childcare experience, ideally supporting children or young people with SEN
* Experience with severe or complex needs is highly desirable
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to location)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
