The Planning Director is seeking a RTPI Planner (they will consider a junior or senior candidate) to join the expanding team. The purpose of the role is to ensure the region provides a high standard of planning and development appraisals, planning applications, planning appeals and land promotion within the residential sector for both immediate and strategic sites.
We are looking for someone Chartered RTPI (or working towards) who has sufficient experience either with a developer, planning consultancy or local authority preferably whilst working in the Anglia areas.
Working client side can be more lucrative with cars or allowances, healthcare and bonuses. The company will offer working from home 1 day per week so it will not be always necessary to be in the office in Norwich
