What will this role achieve? The Site L&D Coordinator - Apprentice will be based in Learning & Development team at pladis and will support the site in ensuring all L&D needs are identified and met. You will identify learning / training needs, design / source training and learning solutions, deliver and evaluate training, and work with stakeholder / business area managers. This is a Level 3 Apprenticeship that will run for 24 months. Apprentices are required to complete the Learning & Development Practitioner L3 prior to taking the end-point assessment for the apprenticeship. They will then be eligible to become an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD). What will be your key deliverables? You will facilitate new employee site inductions You will ensure the site compliance training needs are delivered and maintained: Food Safety, Health & Safety etc You will plan, organise, deliver and evaluate training You will manage training records to ensure audit compliance You will work with stakeholders to identify learning needs and source training providers You will support site element of pladis Academy, the business e-learning portal You will work with our Engagement team on site initiatives Bring your experience Energetic, enthusiastic with a responsiveness and flexibility to adapt to fast changing environment Personal resilience to manage competing priorities Confidence in delivery Collaborative with good verbal and written communication skills Inquisitive and willing to explore new ideas Passion and excitement for a career in the food industry GCSE or equivalent Maths/English Grade C/4 Confident IT skills Microsoft Office Skills desirable but not essential Our Purpose Bring happiness with every bite It's a purpose that every one of our colleagues, all around the world believes in.
