About the role
Vision for Education are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work at Secondary schools in Grays. This is a part-time role, ideal for an experienced or newly qualified Teaching Assistant looking for their next opportunities. To start in September 2024, this position has the potential to be made permanent for the right candidate.
The role
The successful Teaching Assistant will be a passionate and proactive individual, capable of building good relationships with pupils and staff. Working in Key Stage 3 & 4, they must have a good understanding of the curriculum and be able to work with the class teacher to deliver sessions in small group settings.

To be considered for the Teaching Assistant position, you will:
1. Have experience working in schools
2. Have excellent behaviour management skills
3. Be a confident communicator, able to use your own initiative when required
