We are recruiting for an experienced building Project Manager (site based number 1) to deliver a new build projects in Yorkshire
Responsibilities:
* Overseeing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish including selection and qualification of sub contractors and suppliers.
* Site logistics on site with limited accessibility
* Assume ultimate responsibility for Health and Safety
* Ensuring the project budget is adhered to
* Ensuring critical milestones are met
* Liaison and meet with clients, architects and other stakeholders.
* Reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager
* Upholding the highest Quality Standards.
Requirements:
* Previous experience delivering high quality new build and cut and carve projects in main contracting environment.
* Demonstrable experience of delivering the end to end construction process
* 1st class communication and interpersonal skills
