This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking company at a pivotal time, supporting the digital transformation of operations through ERP optimisation. The Role: As ERP Support Analyst, you will play a vital role in the ongoing implementation and improvement of a cloud-based ERP system across operational areas. Following the successful completion of office-focused deployment phases, you will lead and support the rollout of modules covering process management, inventory, and quality. This hands-on role involves system setup, user support, process optimisation, and data visibility enhancement. You'll collaborate closely with teams to ensure a seamless ERP experience that drives efficiency, transparency, and productivity. The Duties: Lead the rollout and project coordination of ERP modules. Configure systems, terminals, user accounts, and dashboards. Design and implement product tracking labels and time-tracking functionality. Trial, document, and optimise workflows across key operational areas. Provide training and hands-on support to end users and managers. Develop data dashboards and views to support performance visibility. Support additional modules, including serial tracking, mobility, quality, maintenance, and service. Conduct testing, pilot phases, and ensure smooth go-live transitions. Contribute to system improvement ideas and overall digital innovation. Provide holiday cover and cross-functional support within the digitalisation team. The Person: You will have: Strong IT skills with particular expertise in Microsoft Excel. A logical mindset and understanding of software/database structures. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Effective communication and training abilities. High attention to detail and organisational capabilities. Commercial awareness and professional team collaboration skills. Strong interpersonal skills and time management in a fast-paced environment. Desirable: Experience with ERP systems Exposure to digital dashboard/report creation Familiarity with performance metrics or KPIs Remuneration: Competitive salary (based on experience) 30 days annual leave (including stats) Company site based in Co.
