Automotive Warranty Inspector

Are you hands-on with vehicles and naturally curious about how automotive parts work? This is a great opportunity to step into a technical, office-based role where your practical knowledge really counts.
An established and well-regarded automotive business is looking to add a Claims Inspector to their aftersales team. You’ll play a key role in reviewing warranty claims, assessing technical issues, and working closely with customers to resolve queries fairly and efficiently.
What you’ll be doing:
* Reviewing and assessing warranty claims with a technical eye
* Investigating component failures and identifying root causes
* Producing clear, professional technical reports to support decisions
* Managing claims through to completion within agreed timescales
* Liaising with customers and internal teams to explain outcomes clearly
What we’re looking for:
* Practical experience working with vehicles or automotive components
* A recognised qualification in vehicle maintenance or a similar discipline
* Strong technical understanding and attention to detail
* Confident written skills – able to explain technical findings clearly
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* A genuine interest in the automotive industry
