Your new role
As the Senior Graphic Designer, you will act as a key creative leader within the organisation. Working closely with the Creative Director, you’ll bridge the gap between high‑level creative vision and day‑to‑day design execution. You will guide the design team, elevate standards across all creative touchpoints, and take ownership of transforming concepts into exceptional work.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Leading the day‑to‑day creative direction for the design team
2. Translating creative concepts into clear briefs and actionable feedback
3. Ensuring consistent, high‑quality design across digital, social, emerce, packaging, campaigns and retail
4. Providing hands‑on design leadership and delivering benchmark creative work
5. Mentoring and developing junior and mid‑weight designers
6. Owning and improving the internal design review and sign‑off process
7. Collaborating with marketing, social, product andmercial teams
8. Supporting campaign ideation and creative planning
9. Staying ahead of design, culture and visual trends within the fashion, sneaker and streetwear space
What you'll need to succeed
10. 5+ years’ experience in graphic design, including 1–2 years in a senior or leadership capacity
11. A strong portfolio showcasing high‑level design across brand, digital, social and campaign work
12. Experience working in a fast‑paced brand or agency environment
13. Proven ability to mentor and elevate designers
14. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design/AI tools
15. A strong grasp of brand systems, typography, layout and visual storytelling
16. Excellentmunication skills and the ability to articulate creative rationale
17. High organisational skills and confidence managing multiple projects
18. A deep understanding of youth culture, sneaker culture and design innovation
19. A proactive, solution‑focused mindset and ability to perform under pressure
