Ceetech Ltd, part of the RSK Group are looking for a Business & Project Administrator to join the team based in Ipswich, UK. This is an office based role, working 40 hours per week.
Role & Responsibilities
This role involves general administrative support to the business, together with project support for our Maintenance department.
Responsibilities will include:
General administrative support
* Handling incoming calls
* Meet and greet visitors
* Assist in the maintenance of staff training and health and safety records
* Assist with maintenance of personnel files including annual leave and sickness
* Assistance with the administration of the Apprenticeship scheme
* Assist in arranging services for equipment and vehicles
* Assist with other administration tasks as requested by management
Project support
* Routine project support including set-up, raising purchase orders and hire of plant and equipment
* Act as point of contact for engineers working in the field
* Contacting clients and tenants to arrange engineer visits
* Assisting project teams with reports and letters
* Maintain project files and undertake filing/archiving
Qualifications and Experience
* Good communication skills
* Good use of IT packages, including Excel, Word and Outlook
* Strong administration and organisational skills
* Willingness to learn
* Ability to prioritise workload
* Experience of project support/administration
* Works well within a team and can self-deliver admin and project-based tasks
