Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to manage and maintain documentation for a high end fit out and refurbishment projects. You will ensure accurate control, distribution, and compliance of all project documents, supporting the delivery team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update document control systems.
Ensure accurate distribution and filing of drawings, reports, and correspondence.
Liaise with site teams, contractors, and stakeholders to manage document flow.
Support compliance with project standards and quality requirements.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years A-site experience on construction projects.
Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication - engaging, positive, and flexible.
Familiarity with document control software and construction documentation standards.
