JRRL are seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrator to join our client’s commercial team. This role involves working with legal contracts, managing assessments, handling client and internal communications, maintaining accurate records, and supporting financial and contractual processes. The ideal candidate would have worked on legal documents or legal contracts and not be put off by terminology.

Key Responsibilities for the Administrator
Coordinate and block out key dates across internal teams and client calendars
Monitor upcoming deadlines and take proactive steps to prevent delays
Manage personal and shared inboxes, responding promptly and professionally to client queries
Escalate or forward complex queries to senior management when necessary
Handle internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management
Use sound judgement to manage queries directly where appropriate
Maintain professionalism in all written communication
Maintain and update documents accurately and consistently
Keep databases current with client and assessment information
Track assessments in progress to support workflow efficiency
Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams to ensure accurate financial records
Monitor pre-payments and assessments on hold or outstanding debt
Support the team in maintaining up-to-date accounts and records
Identify assessments at risk of delay and communicate proactively with clients
Review legal contracts for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with standard templates
Ensure wording changes do not alter legal intent
Confirm final legal documents follow approved formats and templates
Requirements for the Administrator
Proven experience as a legal administrative professional
Strong inbox and email management skills
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to resolve issues independently and escalate appropriately
High attention to detail with accurate record-keeping
Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise effectively
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
*This role is a full-time, permanent position. The salary range reflects the candidate's level of experience. The lower end of the band is suited for individuals who may require additional training to meet the role's requirements, while the higher end is for candidates who possess the exact skills and experience outlined above
