I’m currently working with a well-established and growing organisation based in Thirsk, North Yorkshire, who are looking to expand their Head Office team with the addition of an Operations Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the heart of a busy operations team.
In this role, you'll be supporting a nationwide field-based team, managing schedules, coordinating large projects, and acting as a key point of contact between engineers, suppliers, and internal departments. It’s a varied and rewarding position, ideal for someone highly organised with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
·Scheduling work for engineers using a leading CRM system
·Planning and coordinating large-scale projects
·Processing field reports and creating parts lists
·Liaising with suppliers to obtain quotes, order parts, and manage deliveries
·Updating and maintaining the customer database
·Delivering excellent customer service across all touchpoints
Who We’re Looking For:
·Previous experience in a busy, fast-moving administrative or operational role
·Strong interpersonal and communication skills
·Highly organised with great attention to detail
·A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
·Experience with scheduling, project coordination, or CRM systems is a bonus
·Any technical or industry-related knowledge is a plus, but not essential
