About the Role:
As a Commercial Manager, located in our Ashburton office and reporting to the local Area Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in:
* Seeking new business
* Retaining & strengthening relationships with our current portfolio of commercial clients,
* Supporting both new & existing clients with sound risk management advice and solutions.
This role is key to FMG’s growth aspirations and involves being part of a local team as well as a national channel. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and career and set down roots in our Mid-Canterbury team.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in insurance or finance industry
* Financial Services Level 5 Certificate (or willing to work towards)
* Exceptional relationship-building skills with clients, community, and alliance partners
* Positive, growth mindset and enthusiastic attitude
* Solution-driven, high achiever, adaptable under pressure
