A well-established Civil Engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to play a key commercial leadership role within its expanding Northern England Division.
With a strong pipeline of secured work and repeat clients, this role offers the opportunity to lead the commercial function on projects and influence regional growth.
The Role:
*
Acting as commercial lead on allocated projects
*
Full Cost & Value control and CVR ownership
*
Leading subcontract procurement and negotiations
*
Managing client applications and final accounts
*
Issuing contractual notices and advising site teams
*
Managing variations and NEC contractual processes
About You:
*
Proven experience operating at Senior QS level
*
Track record of leading the commercial function on projects
*
Strong NEC contract knowledge
*
Confident negotiator with client-facing experience
*
Degree qualified (QS) | CSCS | Full UK driving licence
