As part of our continued success, we are looking for call centre sales agents to join our award-winning team in Brighton. This is an incredibly fast-paced sales role as part of a successful team, with great opportunities for progression and high earning potential. You will be working in a fast-paced and challenging role liaising between clients and venues to book all elements of a customer’s spa experience. Key Responsibilities: Dealing with a high volume of warm leads on a daily basis, making in excess of 100 calls per day whilst dealing with incoming calls and scheduled call backs Build rapport with customers and use effective questioning and conversational techniques to identify their requirements Advise customers on the perfect venues and treatments and stress the USP’s of these in relation to their requirements in order to make the sale and upsell where you can. Speaking with hotel reservations departments and spa reservations teams to confirm availability and confirm bookings. To maintain a high level of product knowledge at all times through ongoing training and daily use of the Spabreaks.com website. Consistently working to achieve individual and team targets / KPIs. Candidate Requirements: Previous sales and/or call centre experience is preferred. A team player with excellent communication skills and an outstanding telephone manner. Highly organised with the ability to multitask effectively. Motivated and driven to achieve targets and KPIs, thriving under pressure. Reliable with great attention to detail.
