We design, supply, install, repair, maintain and configure IT systems to around 60 schools and businesses in the Kent area with our support personnel offering a friendly, personal service to provide a familiar face for your local IT support in East Kent.
Job description
Are you looking to start a career in Information Technology? Do you want to receive full training enabling you to earn a recognised Level 3 qualification whilst gaining valuable experience? We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual that has a keen interest in IT and likes to work out problems and issues and find out how things work. You will be working alongside our experienced helpdesk technicians and working on a variety of IT tasks on a daily basis.
Requirements:
· Strong interest in a career in Information Technology
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Can organise and prioritise workload
· Can work well independently as well as part of a team
· IT skills and experience in MS office essential
· Excellent time management
· Good attention to detail
· Problem solving
