4. Support and develop the wider SEND team, promoting effective collaboration and consistency.
5. Be a visible and active member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to whole-school improvement.
6. Champion a culture of inclusion, equity, and high expectations for all learners.

We are looking for someone who:

1. Has a deep understanding of SEND and experience supporting a wide range of needs.

3. Demonstrates compassion, high expectations, and a strong commitment to every child’s well-being and progress.
4. Is reflective, proactive, and committed to their own professional development.
5. Has a clear vision for inclusive practice and whole-school SEND strategy.

What we offer in return:

1. A non-class-based leadership role with the time and capacity to make a whole-school impact.
2. Pupils and staff who embody our values of positivity, ambition, resilience, and kindness.
3. A welcoming, happy, and inclusive school community.
4. Enthusiastic children who are eager to learn and proud of their school.
5. A broad, balanced, and creative curriculum that inspires curiosity and lifelong learning.
6. A skilled, supportive, and committed staff team.
7. Families who value and actively support the school.
8. A highly engaged governing body and a Headteacher who values collaboration, wellbeing, and ambition.
