We’re seeking compassionate, motivated Client Support Professionals to join our vibrant ACO team on a full‑time or part‑time permanent basis.

You’ll deliver high‑quality, person‑centred support in group and 1:1 settings across our sites, in client homes, and in the community. This is more than a support role; you’ll also mentor others and help shape meaningful programs.

About the role

As a Client Support Professional you’ll deliver high‑quality, person‑centred support to people with disability either one‑on‑one or in group settings.

You’ll work across a variety of environments including BHN sites, and the community, supporting individuals to build independence, social connection, and confidence.

This is more than a support role; you’ll also provide guidance and mentorship to Client Support Workers and contribute to program development.

Locations: Cheltenham & Parkdale
Hours: Weekdays 9am – 3pm, except for team meeting Tues – 9am – 4.30pm


What you’ll be doing

* Deliver engaging, person‑centred support aligned to individual goals.
* Support daily living, community participation, and personal care.
* Support the person to be their best self by delivering Person‑Centred and Behaviour Support Plans.
* Monitor outcomes and progress in line with NDIS goals.
* Facilitate group and 1:1 programs and activities.
* Support safe medication administration and follow care plans.
* Drive program vehicles and support community access.


What you’ll bring

* Certificate III or IV in Community Services (Disability) or equivalent.
* Demonstrated experience supporting people with disability across a range of settings.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
* Confidence in supporting personal care and responding to behaviours of concern with trauma informed care.
* A genuine commitment to choice, dignity of risk, and inclusive practice.
* Well‑developed organisational skills with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
