Pay Range: City Facilities Management Holdings Ltd provided pay range. Base pay: £50,027 Total Salary (inclusive of standby payment), Overtime, Travel Time, 33 Days Holiday, Private Pension & Benefits – including private health care, life insurance, employee discounts.
Location: Bournemouth/Poole. Contract: Permanent. Hours: 45 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify non-repairable faults promptly and advise the line manager with recommendations for suitable replacements.
* Ensure PPM schedules are completed within agreed timescales and all necessary paperwork is completed accurately according to procedures.
* Participate on an out-of-hours standby rota and arrange & communicate cover required due to holidays/unforeseen circumstances to line manager.
* Advise the GSMs of any repair, maintenance and installation issues that are likely to affect the smooth running of the store and build rapport and promote the spirit of partnership with all GSMs.
Essential Qualifications / Experience
* Suitable Maths & English qualification
* Time Served Apprenticeship
* NVQ/C&G Refrigeration Based Qualification
Desirable (not essential)
* BS7671 (IEE 16/17th)
* Commercial/Supermarket experience
* Machine Overhaul Skills
Ideal Candidate
* Full Driver’s license
* Refrigerant Handling C&G 2079 or equivalent CITB certificate
