Essity is a global Hygiene and Health company focused on well-being through hygiene and health solutions, with a strong presence in Europe, the Americas, and Asia. They specialize in feminine and incontinence care, kitchen, and toilet hygiene, with campaigns like Viva La Vulva and Periodsomnia, aiming to break taboos and promote brand purpose.
About The Role
The Global Digital Strategy Manager will be a key part of the Global team, driving planning, activation, and local execution in collaboration with Strategy, Account, and activation teams. This role offers the opportunity to influence at the global level and work closely with Essity markets worldwide to drive adoption and impact.
Responsibilities
Digital Planning & Strategy
* Develop and implement global digital strategies aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
* Collaborate with media partners and internal teams for media activation.
* Identify and onboard new media partners to expand reach.
* Manage strategic workstreams, including testing and partnerships, to maximize results.
* Establish measurement and optimization processes for core metrics.
Client Servicing & Management
* Support key client stakeholders and build strong internal relationships.
* Manage relationships with media owners.
* Provide guidance and support to Essity teams.
Network Management
* Build rapport across geographies and establish strong working relationships.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates have experience leading digital planning and client management, with a focus on leveraging data and technology to enhance planning and measurement. Strong attention to detail, teamwork, eagerness to learn, and results orientation are essential.
Preferred Background
* Experience with digital tools like CM360, DV360, Google Ads, Analytics, Facebook Business Manager.
* Understanding of media research, measurement, and insights tools.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
* Excellent communication skills, especially explaining technical concepts.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
* International experience is a plus.
* Project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Organized with a track record of delivering projects on time.
* Solution-driven and innovative mindset.
