The Opportunity for the Multimodal Freight Forwarder Operator:
In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in coordinating multimodal operations across road, sea, air, and courier movements, ensuring seamless delivery for a diverse and prestigious client base. You will have the autonomy to manage shipments end-to-end, supported by a leadership team that values initiative, decision-making, and results.

Key Responsibilities for the Multimodal Freight Forwarder Operator:
* Arrange and manage road import and export shipments
* Coordinate sea exports and cross-trade shipments
* Handle courier operations and liaise with global agents
* Prepare and manage all export/import documentation including Bills of Lading, VGM, ISF, and consular requirements
* Collaborate with internal teams for customs, warehousing, and transport
* Maintain system records and issue accurate invoices
* Ensure compliance, efficiency, and client satisfaction at every stage

What You Bring:
* Experience in multi-modal freight forwarding
* Proven knowledge of import/export documentation and procedures
* Excellent planning, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
* Confident communication and the ability to build strong client and partner relationships
* Knowledge of cross-trade operations is an advantage
