To develop and maintain a high level of competence relating to the secretarial skills required to fulfil the role To undertake data analysis and ensure that reports are accurately produced and issued in a timely fashion. To identify scope for improvements in reports and presentations to maximise efficient time management for the team Provide personal administrative support to the Principal Pharmacist, Medicines Safety, Quality and Governance and other team members as needed, including responding to email or diary management as required.
