We are now welcoming an outgoing and confident Branch Sales Negotiator to drive sales and profitability at BSS Kings Cross in London.
What you will do
* Work in our in‑branch Sales office within a team of four, separate from the general day‑to‑day branch operation to maximise market share and strengthen existing customer relationships.
* Act as the first point of contact for off‑site customers, representing our business with positivity and energy through phone and email communications and supporting customers with resolving current and future needs.
* Play a crucial role in the ongoing success of this busy branch, securing the business pipeline that keeps BSS at the pinnacle of our industry.
* There are no set individual targets or commissions for this role; you will be eligible for an annual bonus should your branch meet its overall performance target.
* This is not a retail assistant role.
Who we are looking for
* Previous experience in a similar phone‑based Sales role with excellent customer service skills and the ability to relate to a range of different people.
* Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and organised, with good numerical skills.
* Availability for full product training – attitude is everything, so industry experience is not required.
